Kinshasa - EquityBCDC wishes to address its customers and the public regarding the events that took place at the opening of the Kananga branch on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, where images circulating on social networks captured attention.
Several customers rushed to the entrance of our Kananga branch, seeking to be served first. Although the situation caused a bit of a stir, we would like to reassure our customers that calm was quickly restored and all were assisted by our team.
The safety and well-being of our customers is our top priority. Our employees are trained to deal with such situations, and to ensure that every customer receives the service to which he or she is entitled.
We encourage our customers to respect the rules in place to ensure smooth service for all. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we will carefully review this incident to strengthen our hospitality and customer service processes.
